This exclusive penthouse apartment is located on the top floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away lies the beautiful, fine-sand South Beach with its boardwalk, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, attractions, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular; as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

Two stylish bathrooms feature a walk-in rain shower and a bathtub, respectively, each with a toilet, a single or double sink with a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and heated floors. This ensures your day starts off completely relaxed right from the morning. The larger of the two bathrooms is directly connected to one of the two bedrooms. The apartment also features a storage room accessible from the entryway.

You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying panoramic views of the lake on the spacious 13-square-meter balcony facing southwest. The balcony is furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair and is accessible from the living/dining area.
A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Please note that pets are not permitted in this apartment.

Please note that the elevator stops on the third floor and you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the top floor.

Renovation work is expected to take place in the immediate neighborhood until March 2027. During this period, construction activity may occur from time to time.
