Downtown Black Mountain is within two miles and being so close to I-40 makes it easy to head into Asheville (less than 17 miles away). Find great restaurants, breweries, local shopping, and artisans when you visit Black Mountain. Outdoor enthusiasts and art lovers consider Western North Carolina as a mecca for their interests. Make sure to hike to the top of Pearson Lane to enjoy unparalleled views and also drive the Blue Ridge Parkway to take in the seasonal views. Additionally, you can find the laundry room with a washer/dryer. The main floor boasts a beautiful open floor plan where all living areas are seamlessly combined. The spacious living room is adorned with a stunning floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace along with inviting seating that reclines and a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services. If there is a place to unwind and create everlasting memories with your family and friends, this is it! The well-appointed kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, a smooth-surface stove, and granite countertops with ample space for whipping up delicious culinary masterpieces. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
