Welcome to our simple yet cozy non-smoking vacation rental, located on the first floor of a two-unit townhouse. This ideally located retreat offers direct access to all rooms via a long hallway and is perfect for a relaxing vacation by the sea. The apartment features free Wi-Fi (no refunds or replacements will be provided in the event of service disruptions). The apartment includes a south-west-facing terrace that floods the living area with light and offers you the chance to relax outdoors. An outdoor parking space right in front of the front door adds to your comfort during your stay. <br><br>Dogs are also welcome, making this apartment an ideal destination for pet lovers.<br><br>Arrive and feel right at home—the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided. The linens package includes two hand towels and one bath towel per person, as well as one shower mat and one dish towel per apartment. The linens package is automatically included in the booking price.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The small townhouse community “Gorch-Fock-Park” is located between the two low-traffic streets Gorch-Fock-Straße 6 and Poststraße 57. It is not far from the typical Timmendorfer Strand lifestyle. The houses are separated from one another by well-maintained green spaces. Each townhouse accommodates a maximum of 3 households. The terraces and balconies all face the sunny side—that is, a southwest-facing orientation. You can park conveniently in the designated parking spaces accessible via Gorch-Fock-Straße. Feel free to leave your car here, as it’s only about 200 meters to the spacious promenade and the fine sandy beach. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, Timmendorfer Platz (about 900 m), and Niendorfer Harbor (1.8 km) are also within easy reach by bike or on foot.
