Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Guest Access:

This property has an electronic door lock for entry. Please use the unique 4-digit code provided. This code will begin working at 4:00 pm on check-in day, and stop working at 10:00 am on your check-out day unless you arranged otherwise with our team.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.

Getting Around:

Door County is full of many amazing things to see and do! We recommend that you check out Destination Door County, and the visitor's bureau online, to help map out your vacation. "Door County Vacationers" is also a great FB group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do.



This property is situated in a beautiful, rural setting, as a result, you may encounter insects and wildlife outside our homes. While we have pest control measures in place and strive to maintain a comfortable stay, we cannot fully eliminate the presence of these elements due to the natural surroundings.



Other Things to Note:

- Camera: Property is equipped with a ring doorbell cameras on front and back of house.



- This property is equipped with decibel and smoking (all types of smoking are prohibited) monitoring sensors located inside and outside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with these devices.



- Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging: For your convenience, a 50AMP Tesla charger is available outside the garage. Guests needing a non-Tesla connection should bring their own adapter.
