This approximately 100-square-meter vacation rental, which accommodates up to 4 adults and one toddler, offers use of a semi-detached house in a quiet location close to the city center.
The city center, as well as the beach and spa gardens, are just a few minutes’ walk away.
On the lower level is the spacious living area with an open-concept, well-equipped kitchen featuring a dining table for 4 people. Also on this level is a shower room with a toilet, as well as another table with 4 chairs next to the seating area (Chesterfield), which is perfect for playing. 
A washer-dryer is available in the basement.
The upper floor features the two bedrooms, as well as a guest restroom and another bathroom with a double sink.
A crib can be provided upon prior arrangement.
Additional features include a 6-meter-wide south-facing balcony and a seating area in the garden.
Both the living area and the two bedrooms have cable TV. In addition to a radio, the living area also features a CD and DVD player.
