The vacation rental is located in a 3-story building with a total living area of 460 square meters. Of this, 80 square meters are occupied by the vacation rental, which is located on the first and second floors. The building was constructed in 2000. All rooms are equipped with radiant floor heating. Parking spaces are available within walking distance (approx. 15 meters).
The vacation rental is laid out as follows:

- 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds; one with a double bed, a single bed, and a crib)
- Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)
- Living room (TV with satellite connection, radio, leather sofa set, and dining area)
- Kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove with cooktop and oven, electric kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster)
- Entryway (closet)

One of the two bedrooms (the larger one with the double bed) is located on the second floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase.
Both the living room seating area and the dining area each seat six people.
This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are also not allowed.
Bedding is included; towels can be booked for an additional fee.

Timmendorfer Strand offers everything you need to feel completely at home. In the town center (also just a 15-minute walk away), you’ll find numerous shops and a variety of restaurants. For an evening out, there are several bars and the Nautic Club.

There are also numerous worthwhile destinations for day trips in the immediate vicinity.
