Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (inside the refrigerator), a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a Ninja Crispi, a stovetop, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

The light-filled living room, featuring a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m), opens onto a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh sea air. A special highlight is the beach chair on the beach (included in the price; available May through September 2025), which ensures relaxing hours by the sea during your stay.
