Our cozy vacation apartment in the Kampl district accommodates up to five guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds, one single room, and two bathrooms. The kitchen-living area includes a dishwasher. A small garden offers a pleasant space to relax outdoors and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Towels and bed linen are, of course, included in the rental price.

From May 16, 2025 to November 2, 2025, the Stubai Super Summer Card is included in the price – it offers numerous benefits such as free use of the mountain cable cars, free entry to swimming pools and museums, as well as complimentary use of public transportation throughout the Stubai Valley.

The location is ideal for both winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers: cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and the Schlick 2000 and Elfer ski areas are nearby. After an active day, you can enjoy local specialties at one of the many restaurants in Neustift's town center, just 2 km away.

The Stubai Glacier, a paradise for skiers and snowboarders, is about 20 minutes away by free ski bus or car. In summer, a visit to the nearby Kampler See is recommended, featuring a beautiful setting and a children's playground with swings, slides, a sandbox, and a climbing wall. The surrounding Stubai Alps offer fantastic hiking and mountain biking opportunities.

Whether with family or friends, our vacation apartment provides an ideal retreat to relax together after a day in nature and unwind in the evening. The nearby Stubay swimming pool offers 5,000 square meters of perfect conditions for swimming and relaxation, including a modern sauna area. Free parking is available directly in front of the property.

Excellent Location and beautiful views

We had a great experience staying here for the weekend to explore the Stubai valley. Great little modest apartment. Host was very communicative, everything was smooth. Short drive to the main town and restaurants, and short walk to a grocery store and a few places to eat.

Very clean apartment and nice people renting it. Kitchen is comfortable for 5 (though we did run out of bowls every day).There was a double bedroom 2, and a bedroom with a single bed. 2 full bathrooms. And a lovely view out of every window, also from the little garden area with table and chairs. Perfect for our 10 day vacation in the beautiful Stubaital. The super guest card is super convenient, we used at least one lift every day, hit the sommerrodelbahn, the stubay pool, and used the bus every day.

Great holiday home at Kampl

We ( three paragliding friends) had a great stay at this home with three separate bedrooms in Kampl. Very friendly owners and everything we needed was available. Only five minutes drive from the paragliding school and mountain lift at Neustift. Lots of other things to do in case the weather is not suitable fot paragliding.

We were WHICH of the 2 bathrooms we would be using - and only 2/3 bedrooms within the apt were usable. Key holed door at end of hall. Light within was on one night. We had been told that was off limits— our guess a garage or shed door. Either way- owner could look into keyhole and see us. I have pics. Creepy. Did not send address in timely manner. We had to call and he said he was busy at his restaurant. I questioned a tax— called vrbo to verify. He knocked on the door to ask what our problem is.PASS on this one..—- pay for the numerous beautiful hotels and spas in that area.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations, and we'd like to address your points directly. Since you booked for two guests, a correspondingly reduced rate was applied — the booking was set up for that occupancy, which is why not all rooms in the apartment were included. We clearly state this for larger groups, and guests are always welcome to add rooms to their booking if needed. The locked door at the end of the hall leads to our heating/utility room, which is not part of the rental and stays locked for safety reasons. To be clear, no one was looking through the keyhole — we can't account for that claim, but we take it seriously. We're sorry about the delay in sending the address and will be improving our check-in communication going forward. Regarding the tourist tax: this is standard practice and, per local regulations, is payable by the guest — as was communicated to you. We're sorry we couldn't meet your expectations on this occasion and wish you all the best for future stays.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Familien Urlaub . Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ein Besuch auf deren Almhütte mit dem Rodel ist ein unbedingtes muss. Nur zu empfehlen . Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen .

4 Tage Stubaital

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist schön groß, gemütlich und sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke.Die Terrasse bietet einen super Panoramaausblick auf die Berge und die Umgebung. Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es zu genüge, ob auf die nah gelegene Alm, auf den Stubai Gletscher oder die Kristallwelten. Der Vermieter Klaus ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gibt Tips was man sonst noch unternehmen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall widerkommen.

Excellent base for various hikes

+++ Super Unterkunft und super Vermieter +++

Wir waren drei Erwachsene, die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, so dass ohne Probleme 7 Personen Platz darin haben. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Brötchenservice ist super und der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend und nett. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen. So kann man zwischen dem Stubai-Gletscher und Schlick2000 spontan entscheiden wo man Ski fahren möchte. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.
