Wild Edges keeps the fun going indoors with a ping pong table and a gaming console. Two large-screen TVs with Roku streaming make it easy to pull up your favorite shows without any setup fuss - both TVs come with their own assigned remotes so there's no hunting around.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is well-stocked and ready for real cooking. You'll find a full range of bakeware including a 9x13 pan, loaf pan, cookie sheet, and mixing bowls alongside a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and mixer. Dinnerware, glassware, and utensils are stocked per guest, including wine glasses and a corkscrew - plus a dedicated eating and drink set just for the little ones. The dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze so you can get back to the fire pit.



Technology



Two Roku-enabled smart TVs - a 50" in the main level living room and a 56" downstairs in the den - give your group plenty of options for movie nights. WiFi is available via on-site router.



Laundry



Full washer and dryer on-site so you can pack light and leave clean.



Outdoor



The lower patio fire pit is where the real magic happens - gather around with s'more supplies and let the evening stretch out. The propane grill is ready to go with all burners working, a cover, and a full tank. And then there's the hot tub - whether it's a crisp fall night or a cool summer evening, a long soak with lake views close by is hard to beat.



Guest Access:

Check yourself in with ease with our smartlock. A backup key lockbox is also available outside. Your host is available to help if anything comes up during your stay. Please note that the driveway is both steep and narrow with paved and gravel sections - 4WD or high-clearance vehicles are recommended year-round, required in winter conditions.

Other Things to Note:

★ Pets are welcome at Wild Edges (Max of 1 pet allowed. 50 lbs. There is a $75 per pet fee )

★ No HOA restrictions on-site

★ No security alarm

★ Stairs throughout the property - 3 steps up to the front door, 12 stairs to the upper level, 14 stairs down to the basement; not ideal for guests with significant mobility limitations

★ Driveway is steep, narrow, paved and gravel - 4WD recommended year-round, required in winter

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ Road salt and snow shovel on-site for winter arrivals

★ Fire extinguisher located in the kitchen

★ Smoke and CO detectors installed throughout



The home does not have central air conditioning, which is typical in the Deep Creek Lake area. Summer stays are shaped by the mountain lake climate, with warm days outdoors and naturally cooler evenings supported by fans and open-air ventilation throughout the home.
