Some gatherings deserve more than a hotel. Vannah Getaway is a spacious 4-bedroom home built for groups done right, with a private game room. Hot tub bubbling, the grill fired up, arcade machines lit, and a fire pit ready for stories that go late into the night.

Whether you’re here for a military graduation at Ft. Moore, family reunion, corporate retreat, or just a long-overdue group weekend, this is your base. Sleeps 14 comfortably.

- THE HOME -
A full 4-bedroom, 2-bath house with 7 beds, memory foam mattresses throughout, and blackout shades in every room. The open-concept living area has a large sectional, Smart TV, and a 10-person dining table made for shared meals. An additional bedroom converted into a private game room because some trips call for it. Fast AT&T Fiber keeps everyone connected.

- GAME ROOM -
A dedicated game room packed with two classic arcade machines (Mortal Kombat + Galaga with 14+ titles), foosball, skeeball, and a growing collection of board games. Plenty of space to spread out, hang out, and let the competitive side come out. Fair warning: competitive spirits encouraged.

- OUTDOOR OASIS -
A private, fenced backyard with a 5-person hot tub under the open sky, a fire pit ringed with seating for 6, an 8-person outdoor dining set, and a propane BBQ grill plus cornhole for good measure. Hot tub towels and propane are included.

- KITCHEN AND EVERYDAY COMFORTS -
Fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and a Keurig. Laundry in-unit with detergent and dryer sheets provided. Dedicated workspaces with solid WiFi for anyone mixing leisure and remote work.

- PET FRIENDLT -
Up to 2 dogs (50 lb max each) welcome with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs only, please — message us before booking.

• All bedrooms have a closet, mirror, and blackout shades.
• All bedrooms have ceiling fans, except for Bedroom 1. Portable fans provided in Bedroom 1.

- GUEST ACCESS -
Self check-in with a keypad entry at the front door. Your unique code will be sent before arrival and is reset after every stay for your privacy and security.

Full access to the home, driveway, backyard, hot tub, and game room. Two locked supply closets are reserved for housekeeping.

- PARKING -
Our single lane driveway accommodates 3 vehicles in tandem and guests may park 2 additional cars in front of the house.

- SAFETY & HOUSE RULES -
To help keep this a great stay for everyone, please review the following:

• Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. Please be respectful of neighbors. The home uses a Minut smart sensor to monitor noise levels only.
• No parties or events. Lodging use only.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
• Shoes off indoors, please.
• Do not trespass on neighboring properties.
• Home is not childproofed. Children must be supervised around furniture, cleaning supplies, and outdoor amenities.

- PET POLICY -
• Up to 2 dogs allowed (50 lb max each) with prior approval + pet fee.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture ($300 deep-cleaning fee applies).
• Unauthorized pets incur additional charges.
• Please clean up all pet waste before checkout ($50 fee if not cleaned up).
• Pets left unattended must be crated.

- AMENITIES & SAFETY -
• Use of the hot tub, fire pit, and game room is at your own risk. Guests assume responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages.
• Hot tub: Please shower before use, avoid lotions/oils, and leave the hot tub ON at all times. Not recommended for pregnant guests or certain medical conditions.
• Fire pit: Never leave unattended and fully extinguish before leaving or sleeping.

- VIOLATION FEES -
• Smoking remediation: $500
• Unauthorized parties/events: $1000+
• Undisclosed guests: $75/person/night
• Excessive noise complaints: $250
• Unauthorized pets: $400+
• Pet waste removal: $50
• Property damage: repair/replacement cost

- Other Things to Note -
• Local guests: please message before booking.
• Propane tanks are provided; let us know if one runs empty.
• Firewood is not provided but available locally.
• While we have regular professional pest control and take preventative measures, occasional critters can sometimes occur, especially during seasonal changes.
