Welcome to the 2-room vacation apartment No. 322,

. This vacation home, renovated in 2023, is located on the 6th floor, right on the first row facing the Baltic Sea. From the cozy and lovingly furnished living and dining area, you have access to the balcony with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The small kitchen—fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove—opens onto the living/dining area. The bedroom features a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a window with a great view of the Baltic Sea. The living room has a sleeper sofa (120 cm x 200 cm). The modernized shower room is located inside the apartment. The beach and the promenade are just a few steps away. Parking is available in the parking garage; stairs lead from there to the apartment. A side entrance provides access to the elevator for ground-level loading and unloading.

The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for the duration of your stay for a fee.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
