Welcome to the 3-room vacation apartment No. 103. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the first row of row houses and offers a magnificent ocean view. The large southeast-facing balcony is accessible from the combined living and dining area.
The kitchen opens onto the living and dining area via a serving hatch and is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and oven. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed (140 cm x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm). The bathroom with a shower is located inside the unit. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy beach without having to cross any streets.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee, subject to prior registration.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

One parking space is included.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Facilities:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Amenities in the area include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread roll kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
