Welcome to your Playa del Rey-Los Angeles escape, hosted by Xenia Stays, this beautifully designed 4-bedroom home where quiet hillside living meets refined coastal style. This is not a standard rental. From the moment you walk through the front door, the difference is clear: soaring ceilings, marble floors, oversized windows framing lush greenery, and a fireplace that anchors the formal living room with warmth and intention. At four bedrooms across a spacious, thoughtfully laid-out floor plan, the home carries a relaxed California elegance bright, private, and unhurried. Multiple living spaces give everyone room to spread out, whether that's a movie night in the casual family room or a slow morning coffee in the sun-filled dining room. PARKING:

The home includes private driveway parking for guests during their stay. Additional street parking may also be available throughout the neighborhood, though availability can vary depending on the time of day.

Please always double-check posted street signs and local parking regulations, including any street sweeping restrictions, before leaving your vehicle. We recommend using extra care when parking on the residential hillside streets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including all living areas, the 4 bedrooms listed in the reservation, and designated outdoor spaces.

Please note that while the home contains 5 bedrooms, only the 4 bedrooms specified in the listing are available for guest use. The additional bedroom is not accessible to guests and will remain secured.

Garage access is not included with the reservation and will remain unavailable during your stay.

Game Day Tip:

Pool use is available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of quiet hours and neighboring homes while using the outdoor space.
