We have stayed at The Carrilon many times for many good reasons. Property is close to grocery stores, white sand beaches, good fishing, entertainment, restaurants and has a beautiful pool. What gives this property an edge in my opinion is that the bedroom is on the lake side verses road side of the building which makes it a little more quiet at night.We did have some major challenges due to a hurricane passing through the day before we were to check in but most likely irrelevant to anyone staying here so I will spare the drama.

Barry, a lake-side bedroom does make for noticeably quieter nights, and it's a detail that rewards repeat guests like you. Pairing that with the pool and beaches close by makes for an easy stay. Thanks for your patience when the hurricane complicated arrival, and the lake view will be here whenever you return.

We have stayed at 3 different properties within the Carillon Beach Inn and this was our favorite by far! Communication, design, and cleanliness were superb!

It was a quiet relaxing get away

The location is perfect with a short walk through a very pretty neighborhood to the beach! All the amenities of the complex were very nice.

Nice condo and laid-back area

Carillon beach is one of my favorite places to stay in florida...the area is nice and clean....nice onsite restaurant and gift shop....very nice to walk around at sunset...just a overall nice place!!!

Beautiful and clean apartment, with easy access to major roads

The apartment was very clean and well kept , it was very easy to find and checking was very smooth. Great location . We will definitely stay here again

Very simple and easy trip with many options within short walking distance. Worked well for us and the property manager was very responsive when needed.
