This is a spacious studio apartment is on the second floor of a barn/garage. It's clean and comfortable for you to relax in. It offers a queen size bed and queen-size pull-out sofa bed. It has a large smart TV with access to Dish Network. The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking, complete with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, bakeware, and serving pieces. Washer and Dryer provided. Relax outside on the patio to enjoy the sounds and beauty of nature.

Guests can enjoy the entire apartment and patio.

The property owner and host live on a separate house on the property. Guests will have complete privacy, but the owners are available if anything is needed.

No smoking in the apartment

One small dog (25 labs. maximum) is allowed for a fee.

Minors must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

No firearms

No ATV's

No grilling under the porch canopy/cover to avoid potential fire. Grilling away from the structure is fine.
