This splendid home away from home offers great outdoor living with a sparkling in-ground pool, a hardwood pool deck with plenty of poolside loungers, and many outdoor dining areas so you can enjoy all of your meals alfresco. A gas grill is also provided for summertime barbecues!
Upon entering this two-story retreat, you will discover a spacious and bright open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and wall-to-wall sliders allowing easy access to the second-floor balcony, which overlooks the pool and offers loungers and an outdoor dining table with an umbrella. The welcoming living area invites you to relax with comfortable furniture strategically situated near a smart TV with streaming services. Get ready to stream your favorite series and don't miss a single episode during your stay! The home offers ductless a/c and heating units in each space so the whole family can get comfortable inside when the temperature outside changes. When mealtime comes, prepare culinary masterpieces in the spacious, eat-in kitchen complete with modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze, a small dining table, and an island bar with seating.
