Awesome Vacation Rental!

The property was a perfect vacation rental for my family. The hosts were very accommodating and it was perfect getaway. The house was very clean and comfortable. Outdoor area and pool were fantastic and the surrounding area was very peaceful. The rental was truly a gem!

Excellent stay for celebrating my 75th birthday with friends

The house was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. Very very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of room to spread out. we felt very comfortable. The hosts were always available, and texts were immediately answered. It was a wonderful stay and highly recommended this Southampton house. I would give it more than 5 stars!

Excellent Family Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well equipped, perfectly laid out and felt like we were really "sharing" their home. The pool and backyard were where we spent most of our time and the dining table was large enough for us to all feel comfortable and see the kids outside/in living room from the kitchen. The appliances and cabinets were well stocked and we loved the location to the beach or any activities we had planned.

Fun Wedding Weekend

We come to Southhampton every summer to visit family. This time there were a lot of us, 10 adults to attend my cousins wedding. The home was very inviting totally clean, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and comfortable places to sit and relax. We enjoyed the deck and pool for the first two days I’m not sure if it was the time of year, but it was very quiet in the neighborhood. Our hosts were most attentive during the process.

Home Sweet Home

The house was clean and appeared more or less like the photos. The rooms are small but adequate. The owners are very responsive and helpful. They clearly take great pride in their home. We weren't wild about the street where the house was located but the access to the beach club was nice and a big plus for families. It looks like they are trying to make some improvements to the back yard which will help the overall appeal of the house.

Great winter getaway for family!

We stayed in this property for 1 week, Sun-Sun. The house is beautiful, very clean and modern. We are a family of 4 + cat, and we enjoyed our stay 100%. The owners are very responsive, welcoming, and flexible with our schedule requests. The house had everything we need!. Solid wifi connection all around, office set up in one of the bedrooms, sonos surround sound, linens are soft and comfortable, kitchen and living space are excellent for the family and dinner guests. The waterfall island and 10-seat glass dining table are perfect setting for our family and dinner guests. Sag Harbor, Southampton Village are about 10-15 mins drive. Restaurants and shops are open, very good food! Highly recommend this home, and we'll definitely return! Thank you Kurt and Kristina!

Fabulous Stay!

We loved staying here. The hosts were extremely responsive and the listing was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family and in a great location - close to downtown Southampton but not far from Sag Harbor. The access to the bay beach through the Colony Club is a major perk - especially for children. There are two wings of bedrooms which makes it a great house for multiple families. Would highly recommend!

Great house + hosts

Overall, we had a great stay here. We rented the house for 6 weeks and felt right at home. The house was exactly as advertised and Kurt could not have been a better host - extremely communicative and helpful, answering any questions we had within minutes.

Great house, great host

We had a great time at this house. We stayed for one month over Christmas and the house was perfect. Photos are completely accurate, and Kurt was a great host, very responsive. Everything went smooth, great atmosphere in the house, very cozy den with a fireplace, amazing and big living area, nice deck, bbq etc. Everything was perfect, we would definitively recommend and come back. Thank you Kurt!

Updated home with large pool.

The house is recently updated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms and a very nice pool and backyard. The access to the private beach is one of the best elements about the property, especially since parking and beach space in the Hamptons is difficult to come by. The house was smaller than we thought from the pictures, but it was good for our family.

Great stay in Southampton

We stayed here for 10 nights. The first 7 nights were just 5-6 of us, but the last three nights we were 12. This was a great house! Well located on a quiet street. 15 min drive to Southampton less than 20 to Sag Harbor and 5-10 mins more to Bridgehampton or Easthampton. We ate dinner in all of these towns and never thought the drive was too much. The common spaces were large and open. Loved the big island in the kitchen. Tons of beach towels, regular towels, glassware, plates, silverware - which we went through quickly when we were a group of 12 so nice to have so much. Outdoor area was great with 6 nice loungers, floats, bocce ball, croquet set, hammock and a container with all kinds of noodles and floaties for young kids. Kurt and Kristina were very quick and helpful in responding to any requests before and during our stay. We also left something at the house which the housekeepers found and Kurt has shipped back to us. The private beach is just a 10-15 min easy walk from the house - although there is a very busy street you need to cross so wouldn't send anyone younger than a teenager to cross the street by themselves. The beach was fairly quiet -great for a morning walk. There are beach chairs in the shed in the backyard along with a few bikes. They also have 2 kayaks for your use on the beach (oars kept in the shed). Porco's is a great and super convenient country store/deli that is about a 3 min walk from the house - couldn't have been more convenient. The room with bunk beds is definitely best for children although we had four 23 yo's staying in it for the last 3 nights and they were fine - happy to get out of the city and hang in the Hamptons no matter the accommodations. Bathrooms were all really nice though a little strained with 12 adults (everyone getting ready at the same time - left a few with not super hot showers). Wifi was great in and around the house, outdoor speakers were also nice. Good tv's though we never turned them on. The only not 5* part was a lack of certain supplies - had to buy more toilet paper for our stay, no body wash in showers and no laundry detergent for W/D. Not a big deal but just nice to know before you get there. It would not stop me from staying there again. I would not hesitate to recommend this for your family or friends!

Summer Vacation

We rented this property as two families one living in NJ and one from the UK. We had a fabulous time everything is as listed and Kristina was very prompt at answering any questions we had.. The home was lovely very well equipped and plenty of room for us all to have a bit of space.

Great Property for Summer Fun!

We are a family group of 8 adults and 4 children aged 1-5 and we all had a great time. We brought our own baby supplies (high chair and pack 'n' play) and were happily surprised to find some toys and a chest of costumes to play with. We had bikes delivered by Amagansett Beach & Bicycle, but there were one or two in the shed that we could have used if we had known before we placed the order. Our week here was almost entirely spent outdoors, other than showering and sleeping. The pool is huge - great for laps - with steps running the full width at the shallow end, which was nice for the kids. There was even an outdoor chest filled with pool toys, puddle jumpers, and pool noodles. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and lots of beach/pool towels made the pool a lovely place to spend our days. There's a large lawn area between the deck and the pool, where the kids had room to run and play - and which provided a nice buffer between the deck and pool if a little one took off running. (There's no fence around the pool - just around the whole yard - and there's nothing to prevent a small child from running from the deck to the pool.) The deck is spacious with a large gas grill that we used daily and a large table (with umbrella) where we ate just about all our meals. It also has a couch area that's nice in the evening. For safety, there is an alarm on the door from the house to the deck that sounds if the door is opened (unless bypassed by a button above the door). While the house isn't huge compared to some in the area, the open floor plan - with both a living room and a den - worked well for letting us all hang out together, and we appreciated the washer and dryer. The only complaints anyone had were that some of the bedrooms had sky lights so the bright sun woke them and their kids up very early. Just a short walk or bike ride from the house is the very popular Porco's Deli, great for lunches, snacks, and limited groceries. Then cross Noyack Road into the Southampton Shores community for a walk or bike ride to tennis courts and a lovely private beach on the Peconic Bay, with a swimming area and two kayaks that come with the house. July 4th fireworks right on the beach were a special treat. We never met the owners of the home, but they were good about answering questions both before we arrived and during our stay. We already have family friends looking into renting this house after seeing our vacation photos.

Hamptons House

We had a great stay! Kristina & Kurt were lovely and very helpful whenever I needed anything. Pool area was great and the house has an open floor plan which is perfect for a getaway with family or friends. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house and extremely nice owners!

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at this beautiful house. We were 3 families and hosted a dinner one of the nights with some additional people. The owners went above and beyond to equip the house with everything we needed and much more! The house is so specious that we didn’t notice we were so many people and the kids loved the pool. Thanks for a perfect weekend, looking forward to come back!

The property was beautiful. Kurt and Kristina did a fantastic job with the renovations!

What a fantastic home! We had the most enjoyable stay. The renovations are lovely and the house feels so new and fresh. The pool in the back was great, the deck is perfectly sized and has a couch area to sit back and relax, as well as a long table with around 10 chairs for large groups. The grill is also huge for cooking for large groups which we used. We had 8 people staying our weekend and everyone loved it. There is even a croquet set in the back that we used and had so much fun. The best part about the home was the technology. The door lock is a hip keypad so we didn't have to worry about using/losing a key. You hit one button when you leave to lock the door, and just type in the code when you arrive. There is also a sonos audio system throughout the home - so when you're in the kitchen you can listen to music coming out from the ceiling, or when you're in the backyard/pool hanging out you can do the same. The master bathroom is lovely and the shower was great - my family and friends also enjoyed the other two bathrooms as well as the bedrooms. There is also a nice smart TV in the living area with a comfy couch. Everything feels very "smart" in this home. Kurt and Kristina were a pleasure to work with, and it was very easy to reach them throughout the entire weekend. 5 stars easy. Thanks for a great weekend getaway experience for us!

We enjoyed our stay in the hamptons and this beautiful home! Our hosts were so thoughtful and equipped their home with every possible amenity. There were so many cozy spots to relax indoors and out! We loved the pool, the bay and the beach as well as shopping in Southampton! The home is so well decorated and inviting that we look forward to our next stay.
