You will have access to the entire home including the private rooftop with hot tub. Washer and dryer located in-unit is free and will also be accessible for guests.

The closest station to the home is Capitol Hill Station, located about 0.3 miles away (roughly a 5-minute walk or a 3 minute drive). The light rail provides quick and easy access to Downtown Seattle, including Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, and the waterfront Ferris wheel. You can also take it directly to UW Stadium or continue all the way to Sea-Tac Airport.



Whenever I have the time, I prefer taking the light rail to the airport—it’s only about $3, compared to a $70–$80 Uber or Lyft. The total trip takes roughly 45 minutes, including a short drive or walk to the station, and helps you avoid traffic altogether.

Guests can use free and metered street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, but availability can vary, especially during evenings and weekends. Be sure to read street signs carefully for any time restrictions or permit-only zones.



This home is not handicap friendly. There are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.


No dedicated parking spot, but paid and free street parking is available near the property.



Hot Tub Maintenance Access

The rooftop hot tub is professionally serviced on a regular schedule to keep it clean, safe, and ready for guest use. Because the only access to the rooftop is through the unit itself, our maintenance technician may need brief entry to perform this service during your stay.



We always do our best to coordinate these visits at convenient times and keep any disruption to a minimum. Guests do not need to be present, and the visit typically takes less than 15 minutes.



Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.



Guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation or deny access if identity verification cannot be completed or if the information provided does not match the reservation.
