Exclusive granite villa DIRECTLY on the beach, sea and mountain panorama, pool

The villa with tremendous sea and mountain panorama is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Corsica. The charming, air-conditioned country-style house was developed by additions and extensions from a 300-year-old Corsican fisherman's house, still visible today, whose property of over 4,000 square meters ends in the sandy beach. One can find sun and shade places on the numerous terraces and relaxation areas around the house at any time of the year. The large lawn in front of the main terrace invite young and old to all kinds of activities. During the subsequent cooling off in the pool (secured for small children) you can enjoy the view over the sea and the mountains. Those who have missed the spectacular sunrises from the sea can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the mountain massif of Alta-Rocca with the over 2000 m high Monte Incudine during an evening drink on the large roof terrace. All rooms - up to the sauna and outdoor shower - have sea view. The real Italian pizza oven always makes for unforgettable evenings, often in large groups with friends. Due to the separation possibilities (upstairs 6 persons, downstairs 4 persons, several entrances, fully equipped second kitchen) the house is also ideal for 2 friendly families with different needs and offers numerous retreats. From the garage - with workshop and free charging station for e-cars - you can comfortably bring your groceries directly to an adjoining room of the kitchen. Here you'll find more refrigerators, as well as an oven and microwave. Parking spaces are plentiful on the property, on request also a carport. Directly adjacent, two more of our houses (for 4 and 6 people respectively) can be rented if needed and available.
Our friendly and helpful manager lives with family since 2009 on the property or is in the immediate vicinity and quickly on site if something should not work. He takes care of the pool, the garden and all technical matters. His wife offers help in the household by arrangement. Table tennis, badminton, various beach and children's toys and much more should be found in the house. The rooms in the basement can also be reached with a wheelchair, the bedrooms over max. 1 step from the outside. The bathrooms are unfortunately not handicapped friendly.
