This cozy, non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the first floor and measures 65 m². “Arrive and feel at home” is our motto. The cozy furnishings invite you to relax. You’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive. On the small terrace, which opens onto a fenced-in garden (approx. 130 m²), you can enjoy the sun loungers even on hot days.<br/> The basic structure of the house is over 300 years old, which is why the ceiling height is approximately 2.10 m in some areas. Central heating provides hot water and cozy warmth even on cooler days. A parking space is available in the courtyard. (Electric vehicle charging station 200 m from the house.)<br/> You can walk to the village to run all your daily errands (see under Osburg). It’s fun to leave the car behind while on vacation and explore the many natural attractions and the surrounding area on foot.<br/> Hiking is possible right from your doorstep, and a lockable storage area for bicycles is available.
