Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this spacious villa, built in 1999, on a nearly 1,100 m² lot with a beautiful natural garden.
If you’re arriving by car, the driveway has space for two cars; from there, a few steps lead through the well-maintained garden up to the pool terrace and the entrance to the house.
On this level, there is a large dining room with hot/cold air conditioning and an adjoining open kitchen, a bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning, a study, a bathroom, and an utility room with a washing machine.
An interior staircase leads up to the upper floor and the living room with hot/cold air conditioning, featuring three double windows that offer views of the mountains from Segaria and the sea.
Here you’ll find a stone fireplace with a wood-burning insert and a German/Spanish Smart TV.
There is also a second bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (with a toilet and a bathtub with shower).
Double doors lead from the living room to a naya, a partially enclosed terrace surrounded by low walls—perfect for enjoying the view on warmer days.
From the naya, a staircase leads down to the pool terrace.
To cool off and relax, you can enjoy the 10x5 m pool with fantastic ocean views.
From the pool area, the path leads past the outdoor shower to an upper terrace with a fixed table and benches, from which you can look inland toward the mountains.
There are 2 additional terraces behind the property.

The villa is located in the Residencial L'Almunia, on a hillside between the small village of Rafol d'Almunia and the Residencial Monte Pego, with panoramic views of the coast and the countryside stretching all the way to the uninhabited mountains.
The typical Spanish village of Pego and its shopping options (Mercadona, Aldi, Masymas) are a 10-minute drive away.
The sea is only a few kilometers away (13 km). The county seat, Denia, can also be reached in about 25 minutes.
