The ground-floor unit is approximately 70m² plus a 20m² terrace.
Layout of the ground-floor unit: a large living room (25 m²) with two sleeping options—a double pull-out sofa (sleeping surface 200 x 160 cm)—direct access to the terrace and garden, and a flat-screen TV with satellite. One bedroom with a double bed, one small bedroom with a single bed (192 x 93 cm—children’s room), a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower enclosure, a separate restroom, and a parking space in the carport.
