The project has been created by a famous architectural firm, Studio Milani and is inspired by the relationship between contemporary style and the countryside……the stone blends with the transparence of corten steel and glass fittings, Formed by three
principal blocks, the villa includes refined design, where the fascination of “rustic”
blends with the modern, minimalistic form.

The large fenced garden, 8.000 sq mt, which surrounds the villa, is full of
ornamental plants and has an infinity swimming pool 7×14 mt, 1.10-1.70
deep, surrounded by a stone carpet, heated on request, with an electric cover
to keep the temperature in the night and with an enchanting view over the valley
and a Jacuzzi for wellbeing and relaxation.

The heart of the building, the living area, has a panoramic dining room which looks out over the pool and the surrounding garden through a magnificent very large stained glass window. The idea of “open-space” living permits the lounge area to
open onto the dining area with a large sofa’, modern fireplace and an open kitchen and to live in free spaces to share with friends continuously, always immersed in a natural special light and also with the outside view that you can see from any
