For winter sports enthusiasts, this chalet has an ideal location. As many as 8 ski resorts are within a 30-minute drive, including the snow-sure glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn. The nearest ski bus stop is no more than 400 metres from the chalet.

In summer, you'll find a swimming pool a 1-minute walk away, and the Tauern Radweg starts right outside the door. Kaprun and Zell am See can be reached quickly and easily by bike. Furthermore, you can take the most beautiful walks in the surrounding mountains

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
