Collina Arancia Holiday Apartment with Pool
“La Collina” consists of two vacation homes with apartments of varying sizes and a pool bungalow. The two vacation homes are offset from each other and offer a magnificent view of the lake. All apartments have separate entrances and a private outdoor area facing the lake, which, thanks to the sunny hillside location, exudes pure vacation bliss. The names of the vacation apartments are inspired by fruits and olives that thrive here in the mild climate.
The Arancia apartment has beautiful outdoor areas with garden furniture and deck chairs: a private garden area at the entrance to your vacation apartment and a wide balcony facing the lake with a beautiful panoramic view.
On the lake side is the Mediterranean-style communal garden with a solar-heated pool, children's pool, and playground equipment. Both the garden and the pool area with its numerous seating areas offer all kinds of opportunities to relax and enjoy the sun and warmth. A bike workshop and bike storage, table tennis tables, and table soccer round out the vacation atmosphere for family and
friends. The location: above Domaso on the west shore within Vercana, a sun-drenched mountain village with wine cellars. The surrounding area features vineyards, meadows, residential homes, and vacation homes.
The solar- and energy-heated pool and children's pool are open from Holy Week until the end of October, depending on the weather.
Both pools are usually a few degrees warmer than the outside temperature.
The Domaso headland has beautiful flat beaches and surf, kite, and sailboat rentals.
Modern Italian style with terracotta or granite floors.
Almost all rooms offer magnificent views of the lake and mountains.
The open, light-filled living area with sofa set, dining area, and modern kitchen on one side has access to the large terrace balcony.
One of the four bedrooms, with a double bed, also has access to the balcony—you will be awakened by the sun and the panoramic view.
The second double bedroom and the two twin bedrooms, as well as the three bathrooms, face the mountain side.
The fantastic sunny location is delightful all year round: panoramic views combined with a cozy living atmosphere.
Due to the hillside location, there are a few unsecured wall projections – small children require increased supervision here.
There is an information office with German-speaking staff in the residence.
There are parking spaces for your vehicles within the property.
The following costs are to be paid on site:
