The vacation rental is beautifully furnished, featuring a living room with a sofa, a new 65-inch Smart TV with satellite channels for German and Italian programming, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.

Pool open from June 1 to September 30 and available to our guests: 20 m² children’s pool (depth 60 cm) + 60 m² adult pool (6x10), garden, lounge chairs, umbrella, and solar shower.

Most restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops are located in the center of Colico (approx. 2.5 km away); a large shopping center is only 6–7 km away—it’s called Iperal Fuentes and features a large supermarket and 60 stores. Posallostrasse is just 1.8 km from Piona Beach and 3 km from Colico’s Lido (swimming beach).
In winter, you can enjoy skiing in the nearby ski resorts.
