Welcome to Land-Butz
A small, lovingly furnished vacation rental in the idyllic rural Weiltal valley in the Hintertaunus region.
Our vacation rental is located on the first floor of our house with a separate entrance, surrounded by a green courtyard and garden.
The apartment consists of a small entryway with a coat rack, a 27-square-meter living/sleeping area with an adjoining kitchenette, and a separate bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is suitable for up to 3 adults, and may also accommodate a toddler or two (a crib and high chair are available). There is also a sofa bed for an additional adult or child to sleep on.
In the summer, you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors in front of the apartment. You’re also welcome to use our garden. You can barbecue, and children can play freely and enjoy interacting with our pets (goats, chickens, and a dog). The garden borders a stream and the forest.
Parking space for a car and a bike shed are available.

We live in Emmershausen, one of the 13 districts of Weilrod.
Our main town, Rod an der Weil, located 3 km away, offers all the essential amenities, including a Rewe supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, a medical center, and restaurants.

The natural surroundings provide peace and relaxation, as well as various recreational opportunities, such as hiking, biking, and jogging along the beautiful “Weiltal” biking and hiking trail.

Notable excursion destinations include:
the Großer Feldberg, the Roman fort, Saalburg, Bad Homburg Castle and its park, Limburg’s Old Town with its cathedral, Weilburg with its castle, and Bad Nauheim with its spa park and magnificent Art Nouveau Sprudelhof.
Just 50 km away, you can reach the Frankfurt am Main skyline with its wide range of activities.

Vogelburg in Hasselbach, Lochmühle Amusement Park in Wehrheim, Opel Zoo in Kronberg, the wildlife park just outside Weilburg, canoeing on the beautiful Lahn River, Hessenpark in Neu Anspach, as well as the climbing park in Seulberg, numerous outdoor swimming pools in the surrounding area, and much more....
