This 2-bed, 2-bath retreat comfortably fits 4-5 guests (sleeps 6) and features a stone fireplace and a private balcony with stunning lake and mountain views. You`re just a short walk from the lake, shops, and dining, and a 5-minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The perfect base for your alpine adventure!

Step inside and feel the cozy, rustic charm of your mountain home away from home. The main living area invites you to relax on comfortable leather furniture by the inviting stone fireplace. On the private balcony, you can sip your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of Grand Lake and the surrounding mountain ranges.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. After a day of exploring, gather for a movie night on the Smart TV in the living room. Please note, you will need to use your own streaming platform logins.

This condo features two comfortable bedrooms:
The master bedroom offers a comfortable King-sized bed, an ensuite full bathroom, and its own Smart TV.
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-over-queen sized bunk bed, perfect for family or friends.

A second full bathroom is located just across the hall, and an in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

You will have full and private access to the entire condo during your stay, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, and private balcony. You also have access to the designated trash service for the condominium complex.

We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation but are available if you need anything. We can be reached through the messaging platform for any questions or concerns during your stay.

Occupancy: While the unit is permitted for 6 guests, we highly recommend groups of 4 or 5 for maximum comfort.
Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required.
Parking: A parking pass will be left in the condo for your arrival. Please display it in your vehicle at all times.
Fire Pits: The use of fire pits is not allowed for short-term rental guests per community rules.
Compliance: Failure to comply with HOA or house rules may result in a fine of up to $500.
