The comfortable kitchen offers a beautiful panoramic view of the water. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, rice cooker, and much more.

The adjoining living area, featuring a leather couch and a cozy ottoman, is equipped with the latest entertainment electronics, including a TV and a stereo system with radio, DVD, and CD players, plus USB, iPod, and iPhone connections. An elegant granite fireplace invites you to relax and unwind. From the light-filled glass bay window, you have an unobstructed view of the boats passing by on the canal.

There are two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), one of which has an additional TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.
