A brand-new, high-quality, and modernly furnished detached house with a large garden and plenty of comforts awaits you. A comfortable stay is guaranteed!

A bright hallway leads you to the spacious and airy living/dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all standard appliances (large fridge-freezer, oven, stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee/espresso machine, toaster, egg cooker, ...) and leaves nothing to be desired. The light-filled living room features a large smart TV, so you can continue watching your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services even while on vacation. A Bluetooth speaker is also available. When the days get shorter and the evenings get longer in winter, you can cozy up in front of the fireplace with a cup of tea. The underfloor heating in the living/dining area and the bathroom ensures a pleasant warmth.

Do you need to work and would like to do so from a home office by the sea? No problem—the free Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit/s also offers you this option (unrestricted availability and speed not guaranteed).

Also on the first floor is the first bedroom with a double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). Next to it, you’ll find a spa-style bathroom with a barrier-free rainfall shower, a whirlpool tub, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The utility room is equipped with a clothes rack, ironing board, iron, and a safe—for which we cannot accept any liability.

A staircase leads you to the first floor. There you’ll find two more bright and spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a large smart TV. One bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and the other has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have USB-A and USB-C ports for charging your electronic devices. The upstairs bathroom features a toilet, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a walk-in shower.

The bathroom on the first floor and all bedrooms have exterior roller shutters. All windows are equipped with insect screens.

The spacious and lovingly landscaped garden is completely fenced in. The main patio is furnished with a large table, six chairs, and a patio umbrella. There are also two lounge chairs available. A barbecue grill for a delicious barbecue is also provided.

You can store and charge the bicycles you bring with you in the garden shed.

High-quality bed linens and towels are available for rent. A variety of pillows are provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A high chair is available free of charge upon request.
The house includes one parking space.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Starting in 2027, dogs will be allowed in this house.

The “Austernfischer” and “Udo” accommodations are located in the building right next door, should you need more space.

The vacation home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town center—with its romantic harbor, famous twin windmills, and cozy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape around Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with magnificent views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, this vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and varied excursions.
