"fischers Fritz" - Ihr Zuhause an der Nordsee in Greetsiel

Built in 2020, the high-end Frisian-style house “Fischers Fritz” offers 98 square meters of space for up to 6 people.

The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Greetsiel. The town center—with its restaurants and shopping—as well as the harbor and the twin windmills are easily accessible on foot or by bike.

A large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen forms the heart of “Fischers Fritz.”

The Frisian-style house is laid out as follows:

- Bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and TV on the upper floor

- Bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm and 90x190 cm) on the upper floor

- Bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and TV on the first floor

- Bathroom with a shower on the upper floor

- Bathroom with shower on the first floor

You’ll also find a lovely garden area with a terrace (southwest-facing) equipped with an electric awning. In addition, the house features underfloor heating, fly screens, electric roller shutters, a parking space next to the house, and a lockable bike storage room with charging capabilities for e-bikes. Alternatively, you can use the two bicycles provided by the house free of charge.

Optionally, you can book a laundry package for €16.50 per person, which includes bed linens, towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel.
