Beautiful upstairs apartment for 4 people in a prime location in Norddeich, just a few hundred meters from the dike and the beach!

In the living area, you’ll find a cozy sofa, a dining table with 5 chairs, a large flat-screen TV with a hi-fi system, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, and a toaster.
From the living area, you can step directly out onto the furnished balcony with a parasol, which has a wonderful southeast-facing orientation.
Also on this floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining walk-in closet, as well as the shower room with a towel warmer, heated floors, and a walk-in shower.

The converted attic features the second bedroom with two single beds, a second TV, a crib, and additional sleeping arrangements. A high chair and the aforementioned crib are also available to you free of charge.

In front of the house is a storage shed with an electrical outlet, where you are welcome to store any bicycles you bring with you.

In the storage room, you’ll find a small top-loading washing machine, a drying rack, and an ironing board. The entire upper floor is tiled, and the attic has laminate flooring. All windows (with the exception of those in the attic) can be darkened with exterior roller shutters (some of which are electric).

The apartment is centrally located in Norddeich; you’ll find a bakery and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The dike and beach are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
