This newly built apartment is located in a quiet yet central part of Norddeich and features modern, high-quality furnishings.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious and light-filled living and dining area with a cozy L-shaped sofa, TV, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with a separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a washing machine. From this area, you can also step out onto the large, furnished balcony.

The apartment has two bedrooms: One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, a dresser, and a TV, and is located on the upper floor. The second bedroom is located in the converted attic and is furnished with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a dresser, and clothes racks. The bathroom, featuring a skylight, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer, is located on the upper floor.

In the apartment’s storage room, you’ll find cleaning supplies and a clothes drying rack. The entire upper floor features high-quality tile flooring with underfloor heating and electric roller shutters on the vertical windows; the attic has a radiator, vinyl flooring, and a blackout pleated blind. The main windows are equipped with fly screens.

A parking space is located in front of the apartment. Here you’ll also find a lockable garden shed for your bicycles. An electrical outlet for e-bikes will be installed shortly.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

The “Küstenkoje” and “Lüttje Sünn” accommodations are located in the same building, should you need more space.
