Dear Vacationers,<br><br>Our vacation rental offers a cozy and modern atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. We’ve prepared everything with great attention to detail to ensure you feel completely at home. To keep the temperature comfortable at all times, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning—in the summer it keeps the rooms cool, and in the winter it works in tandem with the underfloor heating to provide cozy warmth.<br><br>Access to the apartment is via the staircase next to the house, which leads you to the spacious terrace and your private entrance. The approximately 79 m² vacation rental is ideal for families, couples, or a getaway with friends.<br><br>Here’s a brief overview of the key details:<br><br>-1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a built-in closet<br>-1 bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe<br>-Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, and a step stool for the little ones<br>-Hallway with coat rack, mirror, and key holder<br>-Open living and dining area with a large sofa set (can also be used as a sleeper sofa), TV, DVD player, DVDs, and board games<br>-Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker<br>-Washing machine in the adjacent storage room<br>-Large balcony (4 x 6 meters) that’s perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors in the summer—including an electric grill for fun barbecue moments<br><br>For children, the adjacent garden offers various play options that can be used at any time.<br><br>A special highlight: A lockable garage with charging capabilities is available for bicycles, strollers, or other items. This allows you to store your belongings safely and conveniently.<br><br>Check-in is flexible via a PIN code, which we’ll provide after booking. You can check into the apartment starting at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the apartment tidy and clean by 10:00 a.m.<br><br>Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment; however, you are welcome to use the spacious terrace for smoking.<br>Pets are not allowed here.<br><br>Our vacation rental is located near the Kellerwald National Park and Lake Eder.<br>Our region offers numerous recreational activities: summer toboggan run (seasonal), corn maze (seasonal), Hemfurth Wildlife Park, boat tours, fishing, water skiing, hiking trails, bike paths, and much more.<br><br>Please refer to the calendar for prices per night. For up to 4 guests, there is a one-time final cleaning fee of 60 €. The Vöhl municipal tourism tax is €1 per person per night (for guests ages 6 and older) and must be paid on site upon departure.<br><br>Upon request, you can book a linens package (bed linens and towels) for €15 per person—please let us know before your arrival.<br><br>We look forward to your visit and are happy to answer any questions you may have!
