Guests will love the convenience of provided beach gear, an outdoor shower, and proximity to local dining, shops, and plenty of family attractions.

🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.

Primary Suite – Features a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed.

Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with twin-over-twin bunks and a separate full bed.

Bonus Sleeping Spaces – A queen size sleeper sofa in the living room is perfect for kids or extra guests.

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Off-street parking for 2 vehicles (1 parking space + 1 space in shared garage)+ ample free & metered street parking in the neighborhood.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire luxury townhouse during their stay. This includes the open concept living and dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen, and all three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. You are also welcome to enjoy the private Juliette balcony and the convenient outdoor shower located on the premises. Parking is provided with one dedicated space and one additional space in the shared garage. Please note that while the interior and balcony are private to your group, the garage space is shared with other units. The rooftop deck and kitchenette is also shared with other units.

Experience the best of Wildwood from our perfectly positioned townhouse. You are located just two blocks away from the famous sandy beaches and the iconic Wildwood Boardwalk, making it incredibly easy to spend your days soaking up the sun or enjoying the endless amusement piers and shops. Beyond the beach, you are situated in a vibrant part of town with a variety of dining options ranging from casual cafes to classic seafood restaurants, all within a short five to ten minute walk. Whether you are looking for family fun at the nearby zoo or a relaxing evening stroll to grab ice cream, everything you need for an unforgettable coastal vacation is right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting to our townhouse is straightforward whether you are driving or arriving by public transit. We provide off street parking for two vehicles including one dedicated space and one spot in the shared garage, plus there is plenty of free and metered street parking available in the neighborhood. For those traveling by bus, the Wildwood Bus Terminal is located just a short distance away, providing easy access to regional transit routes. If you are flying into the area, Atlantic City International Airport is the closest major hub, typically reachable by car in about 45 to 50 minutes. Once you arrive, the central location allows you to explore most of the local attractions on foot.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.



SECURITY DEVICES DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.
