Our vacation rental is in a very quiet location, features beautiful high ceilings, and is fully equipped with hardwood floors. A long time ago, I was full of life. I taught, and sometimes laughed, and taught the children to read and do math. Then it became very quiet. Outside in the garden, I spent many years watching the squirrels play and listening to the birds chirp. Hedgehogs would sniff their way past me, and even a raccoon would say “hello” from time to time.<br>My new owners have lovingly transformed me into a vacation rental, and I’m looking forward to welcoming many lovely guests—big and small—whether on two legs, four paws, or maybe even with wings...<br>My attic room in the bed house offers little ones and teens a cozy nook under the starry sky. It’s a wonderful place to sleep, read, play, and relax.<br><br>My key details:<br>Our vacation rental is in a very quiet location, features beautiful high ceilings, and is fully equipped with hardwood floors.<br><br>- 1-room apartment<br>- 48 sqm<br><br>- 2 double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) arranged as a bunk bed<br>- 1 single bed<br>- 1 sofa bed<br><br>- Bathroom with shower and toilet<br><br>- Separate entrance<br><br>Final cleaning is included in the price.<br>Towels and bed linens are included as well.<br><br>The bathroom is stocked with toiletries, and the kitchen is equipped with paper towels, parchment paper, aluminum foil, dishwasher tablets, and dish towels.<br><br>I also provide a crib, a high chair, and children’s dishes and utensils.<br>There’s a cozy spot reserved in the garden, and if you’d like, you can just hang out in the hammock ;-) or visit the new playground, which is about 100 m away. Where I live, it’s very idyllic. Right on my doorstep is the Südheide Nature Park, where a hiking trail along the Lachte leads directly through the Himmelreich (that’s the name of the wooded area in the nature reserve). The surrounding area is perfect for bike tours and walks. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. Celle’s Old Town is just a 20-minute drive away, Wienhausen—with its former Cistercian convent—is practically around the corner, and the Hannover Trade Fair is conveniently located just 50 minutes away.<br><br>House Rules/Pricing Info:<br>Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:<br>- Pet cleanup: €10.00 (one-time fee)
