Our accessible vacation rental, located in the municipality of Demitz-Thumitz—also known as Granitdorf—is situated between Dresden and Görlitz.

It is centrally located for excursions to the Zittau Mountains, Upper Lusatia, Saxon Switzerland, the Lusatian Lake District, and the Spreewald.
Visit our state capital, Dresden, with its diverse attractions, such as Dresden Castle, the Zwinger, the Green Vault, and the Frauenkirche, to name just a few. A boat ride on the Elbe or a visit to the Felsenbühne open-air theater in Rathen is always a memorable experience. The city of Bautzen, not far from Demitz-Thumitz, is best known for its beautiful historic center. Numerous restaurants in Bautzen invite you to linger. Let us spoil you with our Saxon, Sorbian, Silesian, and Bohemian cuisine.
Our region also has plenty to offer our younger guests. Visit, for example, the dinosaur park and the maze in Kleinwelka, the climbing forest and the mini-golf course at the Bautzen Reservoir, the Dresden Zoo, and the park railway in Dresden’s Großer Garten. In the wider area as well—for example, at Bärwalder Lake, Berzdorfer Lake, and Senftenberg Lake—you’ll find opportunities to relax while swimming or enjoying sports and water activities.
