Bedroom 2 — The Queen Room
A comfortable, inviting space with a queen bed and Smart TV — perfect for a couple, solo traveler, or a parent who wants their own retreat while the kids are down the hall.

Bedroom 3 — The Bunk Room
The kids' favorite. A full-size double bed on the bottom bunk and a twin on top make this the perfect setup for siblings, young adventurers, or that friend who calls the top bunk first. Built for fun, comfortable for real sleep.

Guest access
The entire home is yours — all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, backyard, and deck. A few housekeeping closets are locked for maintenance purposes.

Other things to note
Quiet neighborhood — Virginia Drive is a peaceful residential street. We ask that guests respect neighbors with noise levels, especially after 10pm.

Parking — Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted on Virginia Drive.

Getting around — The TART transit stop is 0.8 miles away — a quick bike ride or short walk, and the easiest way to explore the north shore without worrying about parking at the lake or resorts.

Security cameras — Two exterior cameras are in place: one at the front door and one covering the driveway and rear entrance. No interior cameras anywhere on the property.

No Pets — To maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not permitted at the property. We appreciate your understanding.
