First impression wasn’t the best: property is behind a security fence (perhaps because of the neighborhood), and there was a rolled up carpet by the front door behind the a/c condenser unit. We walked in and while the pictures are accurate, the reality is different: the shades have missing slats in every window which is disconcerting when you want privacy and there were cobwebs in the shower. The kitchen window was left open and the battery was dead in the kitchen clock. Outside there were several pieces of broken glass and half a plastic Easter egg walking to the patio. To most this isn’t a big thing but as the cliche goes, you only get one chance to make a good first impression. Overall, the unit was comfortable and parking on the street wasn’t an issue (we chose not to use the parking space with the rental).
