Family-Friendly: A Pack 'n Play, children's books and toys, and kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils are here for your little ones. A high chair is available on request — see the Families note below.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and its amenities, ensuring your complete privacy. There are no shared spaces on the property.

Parking: Two dedicated driveway spots are reserved for you.

EV Charging: A Level 2 EV charger is available for your use.

Check-in: Entry is seamless with a secure smart lock for easy self check-in anytime after your designated arrival. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. We love getting guests in early whenever the schedule allows. We'll let you know by noon the day before if an earlier check-in is available, and there's no charge for it.

We respect our guests' privacy and provide a seamless self-check-in process. We will not be present during your stay but are readily available via the app if you need anything or have questions.

Getting around is a breeze from this home—just a 5-10 minute walk to all downtown attractions. Whether you’re heading to shops, dining, or nightlife, everything is conveniently close by, making it easy to explore Historic Leesburg on foot.

To ensure a comfortable and transparent stay, please note the following:

Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and security, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property.

Backyard: The backyard offers a lovely patio and fire pit for your enjoyment, but please be aware that the yard is not fully fenced.

Families: This home has a Pack 'n Play (please bring your own bedding for it), plus kids' books, toys, and kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils. Every home has a high chair available during your stay — just let us know before you arrive that you'll need one, along with your child's age, so we can have the right chair ready.

Coffee & Tea: We provide a drip coffee maker with locally roasted coffee from Loco Beans, plus a selection of teas. The home also has a Nespresso Vertuo machine — if you'd like to use it, please bring your own Nespresso Vertuo pods (the dome-shaped pods with a barcode on the rim). Original-line Nespresso pods and most "Nespresso-compatible" pods will not fit this machine. Vertuo pods are sold on the Nespresso website and at many local grocery stores.

Every TV is a smart TV — you're welcome to sign in to your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, or other streaming accounts during your stay. Please sign out before you check out.
