Discover all the fun that Ocean City has to offer in this fully equipped 2-bedroom canal front townhome. Freshly painted throughout and located on a quiet Cul-de-sac near the Famous Green Turtle, this unit is one of three total. Don't get stuck in a high rise building with a massive parking lot and lots of waiting around for the elevator - just pull right into your 2 assigned parking places and walk through the front door to your peaceful waterfront oasis. The beach is just a short walk away, but you could have your boat or jet ski just steps from your back door!

Inside guests will find a fabulous open layout providing plenty of space to stay connected with family and friends during your stay. Cooking will be a breeze in this fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare anything from a snack to a feast! Eat in and save the cost of expensive restaurants! Just beyond the kitchen is a separate dining area with seating for 6, providing the perfect place to enjoy family meals or game nights. This floor also features newly updated half bath and offers a full size washer and dryer. Beyond the dining area is a family room complete TV and lots of games to provide all the fun your family is looking for. Step out onto the back deck overlooking the canal where you can lounge in the sun, fish, crab, kayak, paddle board, cook your next meal on the provided electric grill, watch all the boats go by or just listen to the peaceful water. There is also space to dock your personal watercraft during your stay.

Upstairs, you will find sleeping quarters for 6 or 7 guests in two generously sized bedrooms, each with their own en-suite. The primary bedroom offers a true waterfront retreat! Here you will find a queen sized bed and an updated bath with tub/shower combo. Your private sanctuary also includes a second story balcony with breathtaking views. You can sip your morning coffee or enjoy evening drinks as you watch the sun disappear over the Assawoman Bay. The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. A second twin bed is also offered which makes this unit the perfect set up for families. A full bath with tub/shower combo completes the amenities this room has to offer. All beds come complete with linens. Less for you to do, and more time to enjoy your vacation!

With two bedrooms and three bathrooms, you and your guest are sure to enjoy privacy and convenience throughout your stay. This townhome stays comfortable year-round thanks to central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. Small touches like a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a fully stocked kitchen add to the excellent experience. Whether you want to be relaxing indoors or exploring nearby attractions, this gorgeous townhome offers a welcoming retreat. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our little slice of paradise.

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles) parked tandem in front of the unit. Additional street parking, if available, first come, first serve.


ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Free WiFi, keyless entry, central air conditioning & heating, board games, ceiling fans, hair dryer, hangers, in-unit washer and dryer, linens/towels, pillows, blankets. Canal views, boat slip, shared pier, 2 private decks, outdoor table and chairs, electric grill and grill tools, hose, beach chairs and beach cart. Trash bags, Vacuum, broom, dustpan and cleaning supplies provided to use during stay.

**A starter pack of dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, toilet paper, sponge, and paper towels will be provided. Any additional needs shall be provided by guest.
