The well-equipped villa features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern living room with a separate dining table, and a generously equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. You can grill on the terrace using a Weber gas grill. Meals can be enjoyed at large tables on both terraces. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing. Umbrellas provide shade. The 10 x 4 m private pool and an outdoor shower also offer a chance to cool off. You can stay active by playing table tennis. You can enjoy the evening with a drink in the semi-open loggia overlooking the illuminated Moorish castle.
The house features individually controlled air conditioning and fans in both bedrooms and the living room, as well as a TV, fiber-optic internet, free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Bed linens and towels are provided. A crib and a high chair are available upon request. Pets are not allowed. A car—highly recommended due to the hilltop location—can be parked in a carport. Parking is also available for an additional vehicle.
Two communal facilities offer a tennis court, a padel court, a small soccer field, another pool, and a children’s pool, all available for free use. A golf course is located nearby.
The villa is situated off the main road in the quiet Monte de los Almendros residential complex. The beach and town are just a ten-minute drive away. There you’ll find a variety of nice restaurants, bars, and shopping options.
In addition to seaside activities on the long, wide beaches, the nearby mountains offer excellent hiking opportunities, the chance to explore beautiful villages, or a visit to Granada—74 km away—to marvel at the Alhambra and the charming old town. Nerja, with its famous caves, is a 30-minute drive away. If you take the country road, you can discover lovely little coves and charming restaurants. The distance to the Málaga airport is 95 km.
