This cozy two bedroom mountain getaway is .5 mile from downtown Estes Park with plentiful shopping and a variety of restaurants. Lily Lake area hiking trails are not far down the road and easily accessible without having to drive through town.





Settle in on a cool evening with the warmth from the wood burning fireplace a bowl of popcorn and a good movie. TV with cable and WiFi are both available for in-house entertainment.



The kitchen is fully equipped for a home cooked meal. Gather around the table for breakfast to plan the events for the day or reconnect with the family over supper at the end of the day.



There is a full size washer and dryer for guests to use. And "Fido" will enjoy this dog friendly home with a pet bed in the utility room, and a "doggy door" to the outside fenced yard. (1 dog only, extra charge)



You will fall in love with the outside living/deck area where you can soak in the beauty of nature and wildlife. Relax and enjoy an early morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise on Longs Peak. Enjoy the private hot tub next to the deck.



This cabin is in the perfect location to enjoy all Estes Park has to offer. Whether you are in town for an extended stay, for a family reunion, or just a much needed getaway, you will feel like you belong at this Cabin.



- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

- The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:

$75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)

$75 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $75, OR no-cost Safety Check)

$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)

- $60 (hot tub services for reservations 14+ days, required every 7 days at $60 each)

- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.

- Guest can purchase firewood at local stores.

- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.

- SkyRun hot tubs are not intended for children.

- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
