* The Lagoon Pool is heated for approximately one month during spring break as well as during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks! The Fitness Center indoor/outdoor pool is heated all year long.

*Rental guests may have two vehicles on site. Additional vehicles must park outside our property in the lot between St. Maarten and St. Lucia. Use the pedestrian gate for access*
