There are 2 closets with locks for owner storage that are off limits.



*Please note there is a Blink Flood Light security camera located at the top of the outdoor steps for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the property.

This property is within walking distance (10 minutes) to all the great restaurants the MarshWalk has to offer. You also have access to 12 beach towels and 6 beach chairs if you'd like to head to the beach in Garden City, Surfside, or Huntington State Park Beach. All within a 10-15 minute drive.



This property is also family and dog friendly ($45/pet/day) and comes with:

*A pack-n-play with changing station (bring your own sheets)

*A high chair

*A baby/dog gate at the top of the steps for safety

*Child locks on all the bathroom cabinets

*Pool area is equipped with a safety door alarm that provides added peace of mind by sounding an alert if the door is opened, helping you stay aware of pool access at all times.

☆ Early check-in/late check-out cannot be accommodated in the high season. If the property is ready early, I will let you know. Otherwise, I am happy to provide local recommendations to keep you busy prior to 4pm.

☆You must be 21+ to book and present at the property for the duration of the reservation

☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation

☆Max occupancy is 12 including children over the age of 2. If max occupancy is exceeded at any time without prior approval, your reservation will be cancelled immediately.

☆This property is in a residential area. In order to be respectful to neighbors, quiet hours are 8pm - 8am and the pool is closed at 8pm.

☆For community standards, this home uses a privacy-safe noise decibel monitor in common areas only. It does not record audio and is not located in any bedroom or bathroom.

☆No smoking/vaping/marijuana is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property. Evidence of smoke will result in a $500 fee.





☆REFUNDS☆

We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
