Palazzo 360 5bdr/5 bath with a heated pool sleeps 18

The best possible description for this amazing house is in it's name. Palazzo, Italian for palace and 360 for it's roof top views. Situated mid peninsula in Garden City Beach, Palazzo 360 has everything anyone could want for their vacation getaway. Located within walking distance to the beach, Palazzo 360 has something for every group. Outdoor bar for the adults, private poolside playground for the kids and a heated pool for everyone! (no extra charge for heating!)

There are 5 bedrooms total, each floor having a master bedroom. The living room and the sunroom both have sleeper sofa's and there's also a sleeper sofa in the 1st floor master for those guests that may want to keep their small children nearby.

Every bedroom has it's own television, and new linens as well as bath/beach towels are just some of the upgrades we have added.

Travel up the outside decks until you reach the amazing roof top deck where you'll be able to see the beach and ocean to the east, the marshwalk to the west, Myrtle beach to the north and Pawleys island to the south. Make sure you catch at least one sunrise and one sunset and don't forget to take a look at the night sky for the best star gazing imaginable!

Staying at Palazzo 360 is truly like staying at your own private resort!

*There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for heating the pool. Outside temperature must be at least 50 degrees for the pool heater to be turned on.

Family get away

Karl and his team are nothing less than exceptional. Both Karl and Jenny were extremely responsive to any and all needs presented. The property is well maintained. There is little or nothing that you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. From start to finish, Karl made everything easy. A superb host.

Great Vacation Spot

Has it all

Our Family, 8 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 4 to 13, and this home had something for everyone. It was easy access to the beach and having the pool right there was the best. The kitchen is fully stocked, beach chairs available, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. I would absolutely recommend this location and consider staying again.

Awesome Vacation

The house was fantastic had everything you would need. We had a linen shortage and Karl was quick with resolving the issue. He checked multiple times to make sure we had everything and everyone was having fun. The pool was perfect after playing at the beach all day. There was plenty of space for gathering for meals and yet enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other.The beach access was less then 10 min walk (and that was with little ones haha). My only negative was we had to go home after the week was over. We will be back next year.

Amazing home in a great location!

The pictures don't do this property justice. This home is gorgeous from the top tobthe bottom. The roof top deck provided spectacular views of the area. The pool and covered seating area was a highlight for the whole family!

Great house!

This was our first time vacationing in the Garden City Beach area, and we could not have asked for a better time. The house had the perfect setup for our multigenerational family, and the pool is amazing. The beach is only a short walk away. Karl was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Great Summer Trip

The house was great for a big group. One thing in particular was the kitchen was very well stocked relative to many VRBO houses I’ve rented in the past. Very helpful owner as well.

Amazing family vacation!

We stayed here for a week with a family group of 10. The space was perfect for our group size with lots of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. Downstairs patio was awesome as it had a fence separating the patio from the pool so we could chill on the patio and keep our little ones away from the water. They had tons of pool floats, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and chairs, and sand toys. Lots of beach towels as well. The beach is a 5 min walk (~10 houses down) from the house and was absolutely lovely. Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of cups, plates, bowls, silverware and cooking ware. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend to stay if in the area!

Annual Family Vacation

Palazzo 360 was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation! The house is perfectly located near the beach, beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. We had our choice of an amazing pool (with attached Tikki bar) or beach every day! Karl kept in contact and promptly answered all questions as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Great experience

The house was very nice clean the owner was very polite and made the stay very welcoming. The only issue I had was the covers in the closet could have been clean and washed but overall my stay was WONDERFUL

Amazing property & amazing host.

Karl was an excellent communicator and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well. Super easy to communicate with. Also an AMAZING Property. House worked perfectly because we were all family and friends and didn’t mind sharing rooms/beds. We had 12 people. It may have been challenging if we had any more people due to sleeping arrangements but it was such a fun house.

Friends trip

This house is great! Karl was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The kids and adults has a great time! Lots of different hang out spaces. Of note, our kids are all young enough that they sleep with sound machines - which was great in this house because most bedroom doors are slatted and do let some sound in. Quick walk to the beach and a nice flat driveway for scooters and outdoor games.

Fall Bike Week

This home is absolutely Amazing! You could not ask for more! We started our days with Coffee on the rooftops 360 degree views or porch swing. We went down for bikeweek but spent more time at the house grilling and enjoying the pool. The owners have thought of everything, oh and Karl actually cares if you enjoy yourself as if you are family. We have used many of the houses in the area but this one takes the cake! We found our home away from home for all our trips to Myrtle Beach!

Awesome Place

We had a group of 10 adults, 3 kids & 1 infant and had plenty of room. Only a few minute walk to the beach was really convenient. Pool was big and had plenty of outdoor activities for the kids. Love that the pool and bar area have a separate fence so you can keep the kids away from the pool when you just want to hang out in the bar area. Rooftop views are amazing anytime of day but the sunset is wonderful! Communication with the owner is phenomenal! Very quick with any questions we had any time of day or night. We loved our stay and hopefully will be back in the future!
