Situated on 3 private acres, this spacious 3,300-square-foot home is surrounded by towering cypress trees, abundant wildlife, and some of the most desirable river frontage in Wimberley. The crystal-clear, rock-bottom Blanco River flows year-round and is typically calm and shallow, making it an ideal spot for children to splash, explore, and create unforgettable memories.
Inside, the home is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for gathering. Large windows frame picturesque river views throughout the main living areas, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, updated tile flooring, and everything needed to prepare meals for the entire group.
The home comfortably accommodates large families and groups with five bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite upstairs and a convenient first-floor bedroom with a queen bed. One of the property's most unique features is the detached game room and guest retreat overlooking the river. Complete with an 8-foot pool table, foosball table, kitchenette, full bathroom, additional sleeping accommodations, and a large 250-square-foot deck, it's the perfect place for friendly competition, morning coffee, or sunset cocktails above the water.
Outside, you'll find endless opportunities to relax and enjoy the Hill Country lifestyle. Spend your days lounging by the fenced swimming pool, soaking in the oversized hot tub, or enjoying outdoor meals beneath the charming gazebo. Bring a chair down to the river, relax beneath the shade of the cypress trees, and listen to the gentle flow of the water as deer wander through the property.
When you're ready to explore, downtown Wimberley is less than five minutes away and offers boutique shopping, art galleries, wineries, breweries, excellent dining, live music, seasonal festivals, and the beloved outdoor movie theater. Whether you're seeking a peaceful riverside getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, this exceptional Blanco River retreat offers an unforgettable Hill Country experience.
SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold of $1,500 will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Everyone participating in the reservation must be over age 25 or if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
MAX OCCUPANCY: The maximum capacity for this home is 16 guests (including children). No visitors or day guests are allowed. Only the guests registered in this reservation are allowed onsite.
PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstance.
1. Everyone in the reservation must be over age 25 or accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
2. In lieu of a damage deposit, a temporary security hold will be placed on a valid credit card for incidentals the day of your arrival.
3. Maximum of 26 guests allowed on the property. If you exceed 16 guests you will be asked to leave the property with no refunds.
