Sea-renity Now is a beautifully designed beachfront retreat offering breathtaking, unobstructed Gulf views from one of the most desirable locations in Pointe West. Situated on the first floor and featuring the largest floor plan in the community, this spacious coastal escape blends luxury, comfort, and thoughtful family-friendly amenities for an unforgettable beach vacation.

Designed with families and groups in mind, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The layout includes two luxurious king suites, a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge. (Please note: while the condo can sleep 10 guests, the Beach Club allocates a maximum of 9 wristbands per reservation.)

Every detail has been carefully curated to create a welcoming home-away-from-home experience. Enjoy smart TVs throughout, high-speed WiFi, cable service, a full-size washer and dryer, and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family feasts. An additional sitting area offers even more room to unwind and includes the queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility.

The true highlight of Sea-renity Now is the expansive beachfront balcony, where panoramic Gulf views take center stage. Start your morning with coffee at the high-top barstool seating, unwind in the comfortable patio chairs, and take in the soothing sights and sounds of the Gulf. Whether you're watching the sunrise paint the horizon or enjoying the coastal breeze after a day at the beach, this outdoor space offers the perfect front-row seat to paradise.

Unlike a typical vacation rental, Sea-renity Now is our family's cherished beach getaway, lovingly maintained and thoughtfully furnished with comfort and style in mind. From the coastal-inspired décor to the inviting gathering spaces, every element has been designed to help families reconnect, unwind, and create lasting memories by the sea.

Please note: A storage locker is not included with this unit.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball and a Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
