Anteriormente conocido como Mom's Beach Retreat: los nuevos propietarios se han renombrado como FantaSea. ¡Disfruta de las vistas del océano y la bahía!
UBICADO A LA DERECHA DE LA PUERTA AL CLUB DE PLAYA DE POINTE WEST, literalmente puede estar junto a la piscina en segundos. Este espacioso condominio de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños (para 11 personas) es el plano de planta más grande disponible en Pointe West. Disfrute de las vistas del océano y la bahía desde sus 2 balcones.

Con más de 1700 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, nuestro condominio cuenta con un amplio plano de planta, encimeras de granito y fácil acceso a la playa. "FantaSea" tiene televisión por cable, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad en todo el hotel y larga distancia gratis. Este llamativo condominio junto a la playa en el segundo piso es el lugar perfecto para llevar a la familia y relajarse en una escapada a la playa. Disfrute de maravillosas vistas del Golfo de México desde su balcón privado con sombra.
EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN PARA ACCESO A LA PISCINA / CLUB DE PLAYA.
Lo sentimos, no se permiten grupos de graduación o graduación. ¡NO SE PERMITEN GRUPOS DE ESCUELA SECUNDARIA incluso con chaperones, por favor!

La hora de registro es a las 4 pm y la hora de salida es a las 11 am.

A partir del 1 de enero de 2015, el Pointe West Beach Club cobrará una tarifa de acceso a la piscina durante la temporada alta. La tarifa es de $ 10 por persona (mayor de 3 años) (del 1 de marzo al 15 de septiembre) y SIN cargo durante la temporada alta (9/16 hasta el 1 de marzo). ¡EL CARGO DE $ 10 ES POR SU ESTANCIA COMPLETA NO POR DÍA!

This place was beautiful inside and out! Great views from basically any window of the gulf and the bay! It was clean and stocked with all essentials. We loved the convenience of the beach club and easy beach access at our doorstep. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for pool/beach fun! Thanks!

Great experience at Just Beachy

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen had every gadget appliance/ gadget that we needed. The beds were comfortable. I had 1 question after we got there and the owner answered right away.

Bachelorette Fiesta

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The private beach was minutes away by foot and the pool was a perfect chill sport before we headed into town. The condo was the PERFECT size and had everything we needed. It was gorgeous and the balcony was exactly what we needed in the mornings. I highly recommend this property to family and groups who want a relaxing getaway.

We loved the condo, huge master bath was amazing. Pool fee felt steep after paying so much for accommodation, I recommend including that. Also good to let folks know the heated pool is not the one in walking distance but fully worth the drive.

Spring break for the family

The condo was very spacious and has a great location. It is next door to the Beach Club. Enjoyed sitting on deck drinking morning coffee with view of ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

A perfect winter escape

We booked this vacation to get away from Nebraska winter and loved every minute. Despite rain and a few hiccups out of anyone’s control we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The property management company gave us great info and updates about unexpected pool closure at the beach club. There was also a small issue when we arrived that they were quick to respond to and offer several options to correct. When there was a lightning strike that tripped several outlets they were quick to respond to my question after hours. The unit itself was perfect-exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need. Departure instructions were simple and easy to follow. We are already talking about when we can do another vacation here. One note - we didn’t realize was that the restaurant was closed for season-but a drive into town was easy this time of year and not a problem.

Great stay in Galveston

The condo was clean and has a great layout and beautiful view. Would have been nice to include some beach towels for the pool since they don’t provide them. It’s difficult to bring your own when you are flying. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property.

Family Stay-cation was "Point On!"

The property was beautifully decorated , fully equipped and maintained. It worked out perfect for what we needed! We certainly would stay in this the unit again as you could see the ocean, the pool area and the bay ! The only issues I noted were: I was informed the unit had a blender but it did not. It had a musty smell when we arrived, (I resolved that with Lysol and a candle) the a/c filter needed to be changed ( I reported that) and the outdoor patio rug was warped on edges. My husband and I rolled it up and put it aside so none of us would trip. All in all it was a great family time and so glad we stayed here!

Roomy, clean condo

We loved the condo. It was clean and well equipped. The distance from town was a little farther than I thought but it was clean and the property well maintained. The condo was great however the condo slept 11 but the property would only sell us 9 wristbands for the property. That should have been relayed to us.

Great condo

Enjoyed staying in this condo. Location to beach club was perfect with views of the gulf. Plenty of space for everyone. The condo itself was exactly as pictured and described. Pointe West Beach club was was nice as well. We used the workout facilities, went to the on site restaurant a couple times and enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was a little too cold for me, my 13 year old son didn’t mind though! Had the weather been warmer - very windy when we stayed, I probably would have gone in the pool. Easy to get to the beach for walks too. Peaceful property overall. 10 min to closest grocery store and a 30 min drive into town. Enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break Paradise!

We love Pointe West and this is just one more awesome condo to add to our list. It has absolutely everything--stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of extra blankets, towels, blow up mattresses, beach and pool access, and views to die for! Very clean, with classy beach decor. Second floor, so you hear all the stampeding of people above you, just be aware. Get out and sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise/sunset instead! Can't wait to come back.

Property conditions

We had only 2 complaints about overall experience. 1. The main swimming pool was extremely dirty with very cloudy water. Did not feel was safe or sanitary to swim in. 2. The elevator to condo was broken the WHOLE time which made carrying luggage and groceries a huge chore.

Pleasant Surprise

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. We rented a three bedroom/three bath on the second floor and we housed four adults and three children comfortably. The only thing we would have done differently would have been bringing LESS groceries. We didn't know how far we would be to the nearest store. We could have brought just unique specialty items and purchased perishables and essentials at the nearby store, Seven Seas, located just 8-9 miles away. We will know what to bring and not to bring next time. We enjoyed the private balconies, the spacious floor plan, the private pool, the onsite bar and restaurant, the private beach, the outdoor showers, and beautifully kept grounds. The only hiccup was our elevator did not function the entire time we were there. We got more than our fair share of exercise. We didn't mind it much only it did make hauling coolers and groceries challenging. In spite of the unexpected daily hamstring workouts, we highly recommend this property.

2 nights/days without air conditioning, 1 without water, broken elevator

The condo itself is lovely. Great location... close to the pool and beach. But beware… On our 3rd evening the air conditioner stopped working. I called the property manager but it was after hours and the message said to text an after-hours number. I did and did not get a response until the next morning. It was 86 degrees in the condo and very uncomfortable. The repair was made by 1:40 that afternoon, but we came home to a huge mess in the bathtub (something about blowing air through the pipes). There was chunks of mold all over the tub and now the tub drain was clogged. I cleaned the mess up and the air conditioner worked until the next morning when it died again. I contacted the property manager again and was told they'd get the repairman to come back out later that day. He came out late in the afternoon and determined the whole unit had to be replaced and they couldn't do it until the next day. So another 24+ hours without air in the 95+ weather. Thankfully the property manager was able to final another condo we could sleep in that night so we pack up some stuff and moved – which is difficult because my father is in a wheelchair. The new air conditioner was installed the following afternoon and the condo was cool by the evening… so we moved back. That same day the elevator in our building stopped working so we had to carry the mobility scooter up and down the 2 flights of stairs… and assist my father going up and down. It also made moving out on our last day very difficult. Our last night in the condo we came home from dinner to find there was NO water at all. Couldn't flush toilets ect. I once again caller the after hours emergency line... then texted the number they give out. No response. We found out the next morning it was a water main break - so not the unit itself. Can’t hold that against the condo - BUT someone should be answering the after-hours emergency texts… especially when the message says “if there’s an after hours emergency please text #” I asked the property manager about some type of credit back since we rented a fully air-conditioned unit but were without air conditioning for a period of time and we had to move condos etc. She said she couldn’t authorize that but she would check with the owners and get back to me. That’s the last I heard from her. So – if you rent from this company… beware.
