This charming 3-bed, 2-bath home offers an open-concept layout where the living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. Step outside to a spacious backyard with a porch that’s half covered and half open — perfect for relaxing in any weather.
You’ll enjoy private off-street parking for up to two small vehicles, plus plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and just blocks from Tarleton State University — close to everything, yet tucked away from major roads.
Where you’ll sleep
• Master bedroom — Queen bed, TV, and a private en-suite (compact) full bath
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed and a cozy window seat
• Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds
All bedrooms include closet space and luggage racks for convenience.
Comfort & convenience
The home is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating throughout — never cluttered. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, filtered water/ice, and a Cuisinart 2-in-1 coffeemaker. Wi-Fi, central heat and air, bedroom ceiling fans, and a spacious yard ensure a comfortable stay.
For added peace of mind, the property features exterior security lighting, exterior cameras, and interior physical locks on all doors.
The front door is accessible by a keypad and your access code will work here. The side door provides easy access to the side of the house and acts as a backup (emergency access) keypad.
The garage, dining room closet, and barn out back are locked for owners use only. Other than this, you will have access to the entire property.
Guests should feel comfortable contacting me anytime during waking hours. My preferred channel is text and/or via platform messaging. Call me anytime if urgent. We strive for a timely response.
We know we don't have to worry about you, this is for everyone else.

Welcome! My family and I are proud to call Stephenville home. We grew up here, moved away to the Dallas–Fort Worth area for many years, and recently found our way back. No matter where life took us, Stephenville was always "back home" in our hearts, and we're grateful to once again be part of this community that helped shape us.
Whether you're visiting Tarleton State University, attending a sporting event, in town for work, or simply passing through, our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.
While hosting is certainly a business, we believe hospitality is first and foremost about people. We have always felt called to serve others, and we strive to treat every guest with the same care, respect, and attention we would want for our own family while traveling. We believe that genuine hospitality, clear communication, and thoughtful details create experiences that guests remember long after their trip has ended.
We personally own and manage two properties and take great pride in maintaining them to a high standard. One final note: we will never ask for a 5-star review. Our goal is simply to provide a stay that deserves one. If something isn't meeting your expectations, we ask that you give us the opportunity to make it right during your stay. We take guest feedback seriously, and we're always looking for ways to improve. Although you're close to many of the area's most popular destinations, the neighborhood itself is primarily residential and generally quiet. The home sits a few blocks off the main road, so traffic is light and guests can enjoy a more relaxed setting while still being only a short drive from restaurants, shopping, and everything Stephenville has to offer.

We've invested in thoughtful updates throughout the home, including high-quality renovations and materials, while preserving the charm that makes the property feel warm and inviting.
Recent improvements include a new water heater and a completely remodeled shower, helping ensure a comfortable stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious covered patio and a large yard that provides plenty of room to relax and unwind.
The home sits on a corner lot with ample parking, making it convenient for families, groups, and guests traveling with multiple vehicles. Inside, you'll find comfortable, stylish furnishings and a clean, uncluttered design that creates a welcoming space without feeling crowded or overly decorated.
